As the leading independent mental health organisation
in Brent, we offer high quality services to local residents seeking mental health information and support. Our services include:
 

  • Contact Service provides free information, advice and support to people on all mental health matters
  • Supported Housing enables people with mental health problems to move towards independence through a support service, which is delivered to their home
  • Services for groups of users, with the Social Club drop-in, Rainbow for older people and Hearing Voices group
  • Services for individuals who need 1 to 1 support, with our Counselling and Befriending services using volunteers
  • Mental Health Awareness to young people - we deliver workshops to young people studying in Brent
  • Well Business Service offers a range of products to support employees experiencing work related stress
  • Healthy Minds Project - a wide range of community based group excercises designed to help people gain the benefits of physical activity on their wellbeing.
