What is Rainbow?
Rainbow was set up to recognise that older people many be more isolated, have issues like bereavement that they want to share, and have specific interests and needs.
Rainbow Goals and Activities
Rainbow works with older people of all backgrounds who are experiencing emotional distress and live in Brent. We particularly aim to reach people who are vulnerable and isolated.
We run a weekly social group, which is currently Thursday mornings (for details please phone the co-ordinator to confirm). We also keep in touch by phone with older people who can't get to us but value having contact us.

How do I get into Rainbow? How do I get there?
We suggest that you or your carer make contact first with the co-ordinator, to find out more about each other and check that spaces are available. For some clients we use transport services, with a payment to cover costs.
