What is Mind Map?

Mind Map is a project set up for young people in Brent and aims to raise awareness and promote positive attitudes towards mental health

  • We work in various schools and youth settings across the borough, with young people aged 11+
  • We work with teachers and youth professionals to include effective mental health promotion using messages designed by and for young people
  • We help young people deal with stressful situations and make use of available services across the borough
